I got the beef pho with extra jalapenos and added a marinated egg — it did not disappoint service was also quick and everyone was so kind. music was a little loud like other reviews said and i do wish they had reusable instead of plastic bowls but that won’t stop me from coming back. it was a 12/10 experience!

This is a place worth checking out. There noodle dishes were great! Appears to be family run and local. The staff there took great pride in their food. The place is somewhat lackluster but very clean and neat. The dishes were very generous portions and had great taste. The seasonings were savory and slightly exotic to me. It was a nice blend of Asian and more typical seasonings. Enjoyed a small gathering here with five people and there was plenty of room. My overall impression is that this is a very good place for ramen and Asian noodles.

The Wonton Noodle was so amazing!!! This was my first time trying the fluffy buns and no regrets!!! My favorite was the Koran BBQ Beef bun My husband tried the special Korean Noodle Carbonara, and if you are fan of the spicy, this is for you! We are totally coming back

Absolutely delicious! We sat at the bar and watched the staff make the food. They were very nice and worked hard to get the food out quickly. All the food was great and served piping hot. The soups were really tasty, the buns were perfectly fluffy, and I particularly enjoyed all the sides! My only critique is they're using and discarding a lot of plastic. Hopefully they will change to reusable bowls and provide recycling containers for soda cans at least.

Great OISHII foods! If you are looking for hot and warm soup noodle around Cave Spring area, this is the best option! PLUS a nice and clean, well organized atmosphere I just love them, hardworking couple such a wonderful caring husband and sweetheart wife

The Noodle Factory actory is a focused noodle shop with an open, clean, and simple approach. Ordering was easy, food was delivered hot, and wait time was minimal. I personally got the Tonkotsu Ramen and added some house made chili oil, which was available table side. Normally I take home some of my lunch, but today not a drop was waisted. Drink selection was good with soda as well as some milk teas. I look forward to getting noodles again, especially since they are on my side of town.

10 out of 10. I walked in and the gentleman perparing the food had a torch out and he was charring the char siu pork and it smelled unreal. I ordered ahead and did, in fact, order some char siu bao and was super excited that I was getting some of that. The service was excellent. We got a couple of the char siu bao, crispy chicken buns, crispy chicken mandu and a bowl of wonton noodles. All 3 of us loved our food and would definitely go back again and again. Don't miss the bao. It's soooo fluffy and so good. All the sauces are delicious. The chicken in our crispy chicken buns is our favorite. So glad I popped by this place while I was in the area.

An out of the way ramen shop that would be right at home in Tokyo. The shoyun ramen serving is large, delicious and worth the price,. succulent pork belly. The bamboo shoots are tender and any of the buns are a perfect little snack. I plan to come here again?
